Kim Little
Kim founded the GGC in 2007 and has worked very hard to grow the choir ever since. She also conducts the Maxville Public School Choir, Maxville Community Christmas Choir, the "Come Sing With Me Choir," the 4C choir and she plays regularly for several local churches. Outside of her choral leadership, Kim is an accomplished singer. She was the winner of a CBC Rising Star Award, a full scholarship to The Banff Centre’s Opera as Theatre Program and was runner up in the North American Eisteddfodd of Welsh Music. She was a member of Opera Lyra’s Young Artist Program, Opera Nuova Edmonton and also sang principal roles for The Ottawa Savoy Society and Ottawa Pocket Opera. She has sung with The Calgary Opera Chorus, Opera Lyra Chorus and The Ottawa Choral Society. Kim runs a successful music studio near Maxville which has produced many competent singers and pianists.

I believe that Savoy’s greatest asset is Kim Little’s voice. She has the ability to sing above the chorus with a voice that is angelic and very emotional. If you go to see this production, go if for no other reason than to see these two (Kim & Nicholas Miller) perform.
